Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at admin@huehuepress.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the designated return address and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
(Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.)
No Direct Exchanges Due to our fulfillment center operations, we do not process direct item exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the exact size or style you want is to return the original item for a refund, and make a separate, new purchase on our store.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns on apparel that shows any signs of wear, makeup stains, or perfume scents. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our warehouse, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@huehuepress.com.
